Anyone can request an appointment at Trinity Medical Center. If a physician referral is required, our appointment staff will advise you.
Some insurers require referrals, or may have additional requirements for certain medical care. All appointments are prioritized on the basis of medical need.
Emergency
If your situation is an emergency, please call your physician, visit an emergency room, or call 911.
Non-Emergency
If you have questions about whether or not your insurance will be accepted or if your insurance requires a referral , please call 205-592-1236 between the hours of 6am - 5pm.
